Short Story Sunday

SSS Banner

This started both as an attempt to get myself to revive this blog and to write more frequently, killing two birds with one stone (except not harming any birds in the process). I noticed Marilag Angway (who is awesome and you should follow her blog) publishing these weekly Top Ten Tuesday posts. However, they were book-themed and I can’t for the life of me produce book-related top ten lists on a weekly basis. Instead I decided I’ll get my lazy bum to sit down and produce a super short story each week. These could be written from the point of view of a kid, a teenager, a man, a woman, or someone old.

This page is where I’ll be referencing all of them as soon as they’re posted so you don’t have to look for them through this (currently) dusty blog with ancient posts of completely random caliber. BUT keep in mind that English isn’t my first language and these aren’t edited at the time of posting (I’ve done a re-read, spell-check and grammar-check, but I haven’t reworded or rewritten any portion of the stories).

* The Tales of Equiroth are a series of short stories all set in a fantasy world called Equiroth, which I’m writing about in free time as an amateur attempt at world building. As with any fantasy world, it has all sorts of things usually cosplayed at real life conventions — elves, trolls, goblins, dwarves, goblins, orcs, nagas, and lots more. Plus some varieties among those. But it also includes creatures you haven’t met yet, and a history you haven’t read so far.
